My College Experiance

This is my college Experiance Picture.  Once I get the chance, this is going to be Animated!  It is not just a picture about me fighting with a paint brush.  I used 4 different programs for the entire thing.  The Paint Brush was done in flash.  The "Vs" was done in Maya (and I left it dull to show that I learned the program not because I don't know how to texure).  I also learned Photoshop and Corel Painter, so that is how I made myself.

PS: If you are thinking that I messed up the shadow on my pants, then you are the one that is wrong.  In my first year when we started to use paints, I actually spilled a big thing of paint on pants.  They are ruined and I liked those pants.

First Demo Reel

This was my Demo Reel for Business Class, the first year course.  I am still currently in the progress of making a newer, more up to date version.

Motion Study

This animation was done with Symbols and was quite fun to say the bare minimum.  It was an assignment for class, Animation Design.

Nature Study

This animation was inspired by the Trees out side of the NSCC, I was walking home wandering what I was going to study from nature. Then when I looked up, it hit me, right in the eye. IT HURT, so I took it home and studied how it looked when it fell on soil, the table, and other such surfaces.

Rough Flash Project

This is the Rough draft of the Assassin's Creed Animation I did for Web Animation Class.  I was not aloud to drop it, even though I was helping most of the other students with it.  I really like the coin catch better in this version more so then the finished piece, but I am happy with how it turned out.

It was still a great learning process, and in the finished one I used Symbols.

Flash Project

In my second year of college, here at the NSCC, I had to take the "Web Animation" class.  It's not really hard for me or any one that knows Flash really, but I was unable to drop it so I have a finial animated short for it.  It was done with Symbols, Classical, and used video for reference on the run/jump.

Capstone Project

This is one of the animations I did for my capstone/work term project. I learned so much from being able to take on a challenge such as this, and working in a program that to myself was still fairly new.

Capstone Assistance Call

I had my own capstone/work term project, but before that I was in the "Gaelic Study" 2D Symbol/Classical animation project.  After finishing my capstone/work term I was then recruited to assist the "Gaelic Study" again, I had to fix 6 scenes that the first years worked on.  Working with symbols was confusing for them, but we had a student that returned to upgrade and he was available for pointers and advice.
